I  just got my Mewtwo to lv.100 yesterday, now I have 16 lv.100s and counting.

I decided to get my Zapdos to lv.100 because he was already at 89. I decided it would be cool to have all the birds at lv.100 so I got my Articuno and Moltres both to 85. So now I have 1 bird to lv.100, and the other two birds are at lv.85. I have stopped playing pokemon for a bit so I can play MMBN Team Protoman. ( I usually only play one handheld game at a time and two FPS. I am playing Battlefield 2, Halo 2 (both online), and Team Protoman.

I really wanted to play another pokemon adventure, so I started over my Firered version. I played the whole game through in a couple of days. I decided to get some more pokemon to lv. 100. So, I got a Slowking and a Dragonite to lv. 100 (it ended up with great stats (its attack is 371)). It was all worth it though. Its kinda sad, I am 14 and still playing pokemon. Just as and update, I have 22 lv. 100s now. They are: Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Latios, Latias, Blaziken, Salamence, Charizard, Espeon, Slowking, Dragonite, Lapras, Mewtwo, Jirachi, Magneton, Camerupt, Zapdos (I have 2 at lv.100), Articuno, Moltres, Raikou, Kingdra, (there is one more but I can't remember him for some reason, I have OCD so this will really bother me). Last week we picked up the JBL speaker/docking station from the Apple store. We wanted something that we could jam our iPod in and listen to music easily. As soon as Amy turned it on I said, "That thing sucks!". There was no seperation at all and it sounded just like I thought it would from those tiny little speakers. For $160 we put it back in the box after a week of trial. Bose SoundDockWe picked up the Bose one instead, and while it is twice as much at $299, it is 100 times better. I will just sum it up by saying it is room filling sound. Very Rich and can go pretty loud (Even though those days are over for me) before it starts distorting. The only draw back is that it can not be hooked into your computer while it is docked, which is fine for us since we have it on a whole other floor as our computers. I highly recommend saving your pennies and getting the Bose over the JBL, worth every penny of the difference.

 On Sunday we waited to leave till 9am thinking the roads would be clear by the time we got there and we wouldn’t need to deal with chains.  Well, we should have left 15 minutes latter, because chain control was out, yet by the time I got the things on, they had left and moved a few miles further up the mountain.  I drove with them anyhow, knowing they would be checking again in a few miles and what a waste!  I drove 30 damn miles with those things on for no reason!  I finally got out and took them off for the back side of 88, and while it was much worse than going up the front side, there was no need for chains.  The kicker is, that when we finally got to Kirkwood, we were told to turn around, because they were full!  We should have lied and said we were saying a the mountain and tried to find a spot, but it was late and we decided to just go hang out at our house and get an early start the next day.

So today we got up early and were on the slopes at 8:30.  We went non-stop for 5 hours and found plenty of powder on the backside of the mountain.  I had one of my best runs ever down the wave, which made it all worth the trip.   We rode till we were so tired we couldn’t go any further and left right at 2pm.  It was another great weekend at The Kirk and can’t wait to get back up there next weekend!
