Ok i want to be able to play games like Crysis or farcry 2 on very high with some AA at around >30fps. I am thinking about buying a radeon HD 4870 1GB. (my budget around £220 for a GPU) Is it worth waiting for a new card, if so how long and what card? Also what processor speed would be great for all the top games. I heard that 3GHz core duo is good enough by far. I also have 2 GB of RAM and a motherboard which could overclock my current E4500 @ 2.2GHz. Can you experts please reccommend me what rig I should get. Thanks

P.S I don't have that much money.

I am about to buy a new graphics card (Radeon HD4870 1GB). However i only have an E4500 core 2 duo @2.2GHz. I have 2GB of RAM and my circuit board is listed below. Is this enough to play all up coming games? Should i buy a new processor or overclock? If overclock what heat sync? What speed would be enough to play all upcoming games?

Board: ECS G33T_M 1.0
Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. 080014 04/19/2007
