but in my mind im giving this an A for being on my freaking DS already.

$299 - $399 as a one time purchase is actually pretty ok if you work full-time, and $69 once or twice a month can be worked into a budget.

but if you're a little kid, stick with the Wii or anything Nintendo sells until you graduate college or something.

Tie 1. Metal Gear Solid \

Tie 1. Grand theft Auto / The only two games i buy on day 1 consistently

2. Final Fantasy - Buy every version, but sometimes doesnt get finished due to level grinding

3. EA NHL series - The only sports game i buy yearly

4. Gran Turismo - i have to get every version

my ratings based on current and future games, of which i own a PS3 and a Wii, and when Forza comes out a X360 as well...

PS3: 9.0

Pro:

Great game list and lots of good games in the future, pretty capable onine for free

Con:

GT5 takes WAAAY too long to come out

X360: 9.0

Pro:

Great game list, with some multi-plat games getting earlier releases than PS3

Con:

I don't like the pay-to-play model for online

Wii: 6.0

Pro:

Great system for having friends over, Wii Sports and Super Smash are the only games keeping this system from a 0

Con:

There can only be so many Mario and Zelda games in the world before I moved on to new franchises

3rd party games suck on this console... only Nintendo-made games are actually interesting

Only gets played when there are people visiting...

I play every game except sports games on normal so i can keep going with marathon sessions without getting too frustrated. I dont have time to spend restarting every level if i die so i just keep it there.

Sports games go on rookie/very easy difficulty though. i LOVE bashing on the computer, since its just a game. if i want a challenge, ill just call my buddies out and play the actual sport.
