DRM is a definite annoyance. When I buy a game I expect the damn thing to be mine. I regularly skip games that have aggressive DRM, the only way to hurt the people that support DRM is by hurting their pockets.

Vista = Massive waste of effort. Dual booting XP and Vista 64, nothing short of an OS meltdown will get me to use Vista. Almost any game will run on XP and a hell of a lot smoother, even the "Vista only" games can be rigged to run quite nice, I see no real reason to even have Vista. Other than having access to more RAM of course. Even with that extra ram, Vista just ambles along at a snails pace, especially when running renderings through 3dsMax. XP just absolutely smokes Vista when rendering, at least on my rig...

DX10 better improve a LOT more, otherwise me thinks we have all been suckered into "getting" a new OS just for a loss of performance.
