If you're playing in 720p,is there a difference between component and hdmi?

Slight difference since the connection is digital but to be completely honest your probably not going to see a difference. Nice thing about HDMI tho is that both audio and video come thru one cable so if you dont have a seperate sound system then its less cables to deal with.

Im not at home right now so I cant go check but those guitars by chance there not bass guitars are they ? I know that might be a stupid question but thats my only guess why you couldnt use it unless its locked to a character or something.
