It may be easier to download the ZUNE software and use that. Then you open up the software, and on your XBOX360 Dashboard, go to the media tab, and select music/pictures/videos, and then select computer and it should be there. I have not used Media Player to do this, butit probably is somewhat similar.

I just got my 360 back from MS(3 red lights). I have had no problems with it so far, but when I tried to continue my Halo 3 single player game, it shows the loading screen, then goes black, then goes back to the main menu instead of loading my game. Also, if I try to just go to campaign, and start from the mission i was at, it starts to load, then kicks me back out to the campaign lobby saying that the game was cancelled because one of the players has left. Anyone know what to do?

Thanks.

Yes, that router will work. I essentially have the same router(No speed booster though) and it works fine. You will need to change a couple of the default settings, but that is all.

If you already sent it in, you should have a tracking number from UPS that you can use to see where your xbox is. I just got my xbox back from microsoft today(5 weeks after it broke! I live in NJ), and never once received any emails of any sort from them. Just use the ups tracking number to see where it is, and if you don't have one and believe that MS already has your xbox, just give them a call and you can find out the status on your repair.

It is not unheard of for the xbox to get "lost". A friend of mine had his in for repair, and Microsoft sent it back to him but he never got it. Could be that some UPS or postal employee is very happy with a new xbox 360, or it could be that it really did get lost somehow. Either way, they are sending him another xbox360, so the only negative affect it has towards him is the wait.
