Deus Ex - still my favorite of all time

Also dig:

Mafia, Max Payne 1 & 2, No One Live Forever 1 & 2, Far Cry played each one several times

Vampire Masquerade recommended as well.

With you on this one. I don't have alot of hope for Star Trek Online, but looking forward to it anyway.

I'd also like to see a game like Stargate: Atlantis, with a cool homebase and the ability to travel to other planets either instantly through a portalor with a ship. Both space exploration and planetary exploration with much interaction with the inhabitants is what I'm wanting.

For sure:

Crysis

Half Life 2 Orange

Timeshift

MOH: Airborne

Depends on reviews (and if they actually come out as dated):

Jerico, Tabula Rasa, Witcher, Blacksite: Area 51, UT3, Turning Point: Fall of Liberty, BIA: Hell's Highway

Vampire: the Masquerade and Far Cry.

Mafia and Max Payne 2 are from2003, but if you haven't playedthem yetI thought they weregreat games, and still enjoy playing them.

I did like the second half better than the first, particularly because you mostly aren't fighting alone, but I also loved the entire game.
