i work at a gamestop/EB Games and i assure you that we take back all defective product within 30 days with receipt. the lone exception was with the rock band 1 bundles which was mandated by harmonix due to lack of availability in stores. my store has returned several guitar hero: word tour bundles due to defective drum sets. if the official EB Games policy is not to take them, no one has told us.

the trade in value policy is garbage, and im not going to say that gamestop is not a dishonest company, but i have seen no example of this.

maybe our store just breaks the rule for better customer service?

i have an ipod (5th gen) and it reads just fine.

did you select it as your source for you media?

also, if you have a mac, connect 360 is a great tool for streaming your media to the 360 and is much faster than it having to read the ipod every time.

i played pokemon with friends and enjoyed it, but im not sure if i want to invest in the eye of judgement.

i enjoy card games with some depth, but i really only played pokemon (dabbled in magic for like a month)

i want to get back into card games though and have no one to play against so i figured it would be a good fit.

any suggestions?

a pc will always be more powerful than any console.

xbox 360 has the advantage with things like user accessibility. there is nothing worse than spending 50$ on a pc game then having to spend time patching it three times before playing.

that being said, this should be in the system wars forum.

its balanced very well as far as the game mechanics, but there are some dudes that play warhark very very well.

so there is a bit of a learning curve going up against those that play warhawk extremely tactfully.

if you put some time into it though the game can be very rewarding and fun, especially if you plan on playing with mostly the same group.

you know the main menu system on the ps3?

pressing the ps button would bring that up and allow you to access different things.

not unlike the xbox dashboard.

it would be a small but very welcome addition that would make a huge difference in how the ps3 user interface is used.
