Same boat as you.

Characters would be nice...but I want more levels and items I think.

I don't understand this...

Why would it bother you for anyone playing a game for what they want to do?

I prefered Fallout 3. Not sure why...but i've tried over 10 times to get into Oblivion. Just couldn't do it. And I love fantasy :(

There are 4 i believe for the gba? VERY expensive. Your beter off spending the money on a DS and a pokemon game in the long run.

People don't play Pokemon for the story ha ha! The gameplay is where its at.

And to be totally honest, each Pokemon game has the SAME story.

Stay away from the anime. It's pointless, and you won't benefit from watching it. Your better off playing the game instead to get better at it.

It really doesn't matter which one you start with. I would advise starting with Diamond/Pearl/Platinum simply because that's the new standard, but you only have a GBA. So play which ever you can find on it.

Thought it was bad.

Didn't like the controls, and it takes too long to actually really start up the game after those long boring tutorials.

Maybe if I play more of it I'll like it, but for now this whole mission based thing sucks.

The tutorials were really slow...but after that the missions are alright. It seems like they focused more on the portable aspect of the game. Definitely worth the purchase so far.

I agree. It took me a solid 3 months to finally get the balls to play through Kingdom Hearts 2's intro. What a dang snore fest!

Mass Effect for me. Bought the books, love the entire universe.

Fallout 3 is an awesome game as well.
