You probably dont understand how this works. REQ points are actually really easy to get, there is no reason to buy REQ packs with real money, its just that some people dont have time to play a couple of warzone games, so instead of earning REQ points that way, they can buy REQ packs. This profit lets 343 add free DLC

Graphics arent effected, however, frame rate is a bit odd when it comes to the emulation. Some games have worse framerates (Halo: Reach, which was low frame rate anyway) and other games run at a higher framerate (Witcher 2)
