Are you confused that he meant backwards compatibility when he said backwards? You're starting to confuse me. He says things that were fixed months ago. In the second part of his post, he even says that it isn't backwards compatible (which it is), Cross chat wont be available (which I beleive WILL be available), etc.

Exclusives are made so that you buy a console. I seriously doubt they would port such a big console seller to PC. The only Halo games to come to PC were Halo 1 and 2, and the Spartan series. Halo is more popular than it once was. No way in hell they would port it.
