Ive always been a console person, owned ps1-3 and all the xbox's but I've hated this generation so I decided to ditch it and ventured into a gaming laptop, being a total noob I went and bought one with a 950m in and I wasn't happy with the frame rates, so I sold that for a used one with a 980m and I'm much happier. The first game I played on it was Skyrim and I couldn't believe the difference between the Xbox 360 version and the pc version on Ultra, it's quite staggering, I very much doubt I'll ever go back to console gaming. The only thing I really miss is playing with friends.

@Sozialminister: 10 is so much better than 8 and runs so much smoother, faster. I did have 7 but it was such a long time ago no I can't remember how good it was to be honest. 10 is that much better than 8 that I've actually paid to upgrade as the laptop I bought last year still had 8 on it. It's definitely worth it.

I really wanted to love this as theres no console like it but its looking so under powered and so unsupported. I had dreams of playing Mass Effect on the train or on the sofa when the mrs is watching tv, such a let down.

@balders74: How anyone gets bored playing Skyrim I will never know. There is so much to do, also lost? That's why there's a map and the internet.
