i will take away from you the need to play the video so heres a pic of the blue spartan holding the chain gun and also look closely at the bid stain from a explosion maybe from the mortar gun just inside the base

teres a problem in the new bwu (bungie wekly update) it meantions that the vidoc graphics were form the alpha version and those graphics Do Suck so you should not wait for that kind of miserability
