So you're saying that if it doesn't affect gameplay that it shouldn't be considered in a review? It is making the game inconsistent, so if in a shooter that say had 20 guns, but with 5 of the guns they looked better than the other 15 and you could use iron site. But with the other 15 guns they looked worse and instead of iron site they just zoomed the screen in a little which still gave the same affect as an iron site. Would you complain about that since it is pretty much the same thing here, not having cock put view makes the game less immersive, which adds to the overall experience of the game.
Where did I bring up forza 3? Oh that's right I didn't so please do not make jump to such conclusions.

wow, 'not having cockpit views make the game less immersive'? rofl. so forget the physics, the weather effects, the fuel depletion, the tyre temperatures, the variables which can make or break the lap for you, etc.? remove the cockpit view and then bam! game is not immersive anymore. i don't feel like im racing a car anymore. i don't feel like im going at 200 mph in the Nurburgring anymore. damn that bumper cam.
going by your logic, i don't see how that FPS game can be less immersive. sure, iron sights are nice, but the lack of them are not game breakers or annoyances, assuming you can still perform equally without them. just like in GT5, as i've said, it does not affect gameplay. would you go from a 'meh' to a 'OMG it'z teh awesome!' if only a cockpit view will be added, amidst all the features?
bumper cam this is the way i have been doing it since nfs 2
andwhat you think should effect the score unfortuntly dose not matter
GS reviewer which probably would be Justin Calvertdose matter what should effect (knowing that he is obviously a forza fan things are not looking good)
