@Grenadeh: There is allot of similarities in the art style on some of those covers. Sorry you are not able to see that.

@solidsolo: The analogy refers to the art direction they chose. According to Sean Murray, many of the sci-fi book covers from the 70s and 80s is the art style they were shooting for. I think he referred it to Sci-Fy Pop Culture.

Can someone actually point me to the actual PC release date. Seems like there is a ton of confusion.

"No Man's Sky launches on August 9 for PS4 and PC", Gamespot said.

No Man's Sky website says.."No Man’s Sky is a game about exploration and survival in an infinite procedurally generated galaxy, coming to PS4 on August 9th in North America and August 10th in Europe, and on PC worldwide on August 12th." http://www.no-mans-sky.com/about/

@bith_the_black: It all boils down to making sure there manufacturer's have the product to all the stores and everyone gets there copies on release and also gives the developers the room to make last minute changes via patches or hardware updates to servers. Afterall, Hello Games has already begun working on update 1.

@cornbredx: 3 to 4 months to release to video is normal these days. Take for instance, Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It went to the theater Dec. 18th 2015 and then 3 1/2 months later to DVD/Bluray, on April 5th 2016.

@reavern: I agree the law is a bit ridiculous. But the idea is to keep the neighborhood roads clear for safety reason. Less obstacles, less to hit. This is a semi-small city that was originally developed to be a retirement community, but then the backers back out in the early 90s. Some of these older folks/senior citizens that wanted this so call retirement community, still try to limit what happens. Some have pull and have city government jobs or know someone does. Put it this way, I lived there not to long ago, and there were rules like, cant put your trash out to the curb until the morning of trash day, cant leave garage door open for long periods of time unless you were working out of it, grass must be kept up. If a neighbor called and complained about those, you got a warning, the next offense a fine. They had even made it hard for businesses to come into the city. It use to be, and may still be that once a business purchases land, no building on that land can start until 2 years have passed. Thats how messed up that town was when I lived there.

As far as the guy that came out with a gun, thats was stupid. Should have just stayed in his house. The kids were not on his property, nor being mischievous. If the home owner had an issue, he should have just called local law enforcement to check it out.

@reavern: I should have revised what I said, should have read as loitering. That is an offense if sitting in front of someones house. Also Cars are not allowed in the road unless moving in residential areas. Streets are supposed to be cleared and can earn you a fine if you are just sitting there. Its a no parking/loitering zone. This isnt the same for every city, but it is in the books for Palm Coast.
