http://news.softpedia.com/news/Crysis-Is-Very-Close-to-a-Next-Gen-Console-Port-67961.shtml

"...you cannot get Crysis as it is on PC on any console. What you would have to do is compromise the design and the level design [...] the consoles just offer a memory difference which is the most important statement here - the memory difference in the PS3 and Xbox 360 doesn't allow Crysis - the same on console as it is on PC. In order to make Crysis's gameplay [on console] you would have to make a derivative Crysis and optimize it for the Xbox 360 and PS3. In fact, if we do it, we'll optimize it for each platform."

playstation UK make another lie though:D

http://www.gamesradar.com/us/ps3/game/previews/article.jsp?sectionId=1001&articleId=20080116164640708073&releaseId=20070209104752229059

Even before the PC version released, rumours of a PS3 conversion of the stunning Crysis (developed by Far Cry creators Crytek) were rife, and not far off the mark if insiders at the studio are to be believed. The game looks to be a port of the PC original plus some extra modes and features, a kind of Crysis 1.5. Like the PC game you can expect a visual powerhouse; an open-world shooter that begins on a beautiful tropical island before things take a turn for the worse and aliens from a parallel world stake a claim on Earth. Only the mighty Killzone 2 could possibly hold a candle to this shooter. For technical reasons we hear an Xbox 360 version of Crysis isn't in development. Bet you're glad you bought a PS3 now, eh?

IGN has a pre-E3 interview (http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/704/704750p2.html) with Webzen about the PvP and PvE aspects of the latter's (soccer inspired?) MMOFPS, Huxley. Excerpt:

Huxley's Persistent World, a space where players can grow and live, can support up to 5,000 players per server. PvP battle fields are separated from Persistent World areas such as villages, and the scale ranges from the usual 4 vs. 4 battles to massive 100 vs. 100 battles.

The maximum number was not fixed at 200 for technical restrictions. After a variety of settings and testing to figure out which scale could maximize enjoyment while ensuring effective control of characters, we reached the conclusion that 100vs100 was the most ideal. This is, of course, bigger than the scale of current FPS games like Battlefield 2, which are 32 vs. 32 battles.

Asked if Xbox 360 and PC gamers will be able to play against eachother, as has been previously reported, Webzen said only that the interaction will go "beyond mere connection." Not sure what that means, but 100 Xbox 360 fanboys rallying to battle 100 PC diehards would make for a brave new world indeed.
