Well, I theorize that Nintendo has always had a rediculously long away release date planned for this game, and all of the delays are just to hole the public's attention to keep generating hype about it.
I don't understand people who seem to think they're better than those who enjoy depictions of women in addition to real women. It's as if they think they're more of a man and they're trying to impress somebody by saying they don't enjoy such depictions. In reality, the manliest man WOULD enjoy all things that are made to look like women.
In relavance, I find Jill Valentine from Resident Evil attractive. I like her in her Stars uniform and in her RE3 standard outfit.
I totally agree, it's like a musician letting the chord progression roll to put together another song. If you made the damn thing, you're allowed to make something else just as awesome off the same engine. However, expansion-pack like sequals (I.E. Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3) can be considered a cash in.
Here's how I view the catagorized rating system. Imagine a group of musicians. Maybe all different styles, different backrounds, different qualities, but it's how they work TOGETHER that makes them truly shine, the chemistry that comes out of the ingredients. So Gameplay IS a legitimate catagory aside from all its components. So a game can have stellar overall gameplay even if almost everything else is subpar. Innovation is actually a situational thing as uniqueness has become a huge problem in gameing today. Most reviewers find it rightly nessesary to ask themselves "okay, but what does this do to give us a fresh experience? What does it do different?".
I see the Wii enduring a PS2-sized life span as the years go by, even if its sales in hardware and software drop significantly. Also, I feel that Nintendo will keep trucking on with the concepts of "innovation and immersion: a new way to play". I don't believe that the next Nintendo console will be considerable as a wii 1.5
Wii owners download Ghosts n' Goblins on the VC ASAP! Forget todays pansy games where difficulty is neigh, if you want a real hardcore experience try to down hordes of monsters side-scrolling.
