i figure they do it because they thing that a young kid is not mature enough to be serious or act the part well enough so they get an adult girl instead i think this because when i was on a tv show they wanted older people that looked like they were 10 or younger
i dislike all the censoring in Kai like gohan turning back into human form after a great app rampage and all of a sudden he has underwear on and the most insulting part was Mr Popo was blue but i think near the end they changed it back to black
