@multiplatform: were did you get this info? wikipedia? yeah a very secure source. And if you dont know microsoft and sony profits doesnt come from consoles sales. They make profit with the game and licenses/ profit share other studios like ubisoft have to pay to release games at the platform. Since xbox players buy and play more games than the ps4 owners it is much more logic xbox one is more profitable (search on the internet and you will see a EA and Ubisoft news explaining this). In fact why do you think consoles are much cheaper than pcs? Sony and MS wont do magic, they make around 5-9 dollar per console unit sold and sometimes, like the begining of this generation they lose money per unit sold.

The techonology evolve according to new ideias, implementations and the mixing of functions. And yes i have bought my xbox one for the extra functions. PS4 is just a console and nothing more. I like new ideas and PS4 is just a graphic machine. I love the all in one xbox style. So yes thank god a guy like you will never be capable of work on microsoft. You probably is just some blind conservative like the IBM idiots who thought steve jobs was dumb to create Personal Computers, for them normal people wouldnt need any computer. So maybe in the future you will see how dumb you are, how blind you are about what you call "facts" and how useless is your pity.
@wookiegr: well im a pc and a console gamer. If you have both you easily will understand mouse and keyboard are better in some games (mobas, FPS, RTS, MMOs) and the controller is better in fighting games, race games, sand boxes, arcades...

It would be great to play more "exclusives" on xbox one, like street fighter (when it truly release of course) and others...
Really? those predictions are so useless. How can you know the future? Are they based on the actual sales? First thing we dont know how much time this generation will take. The last generation was 8 years and i think this one will be longer. Games are taking more time to be produced. i dont think any company will want to do a 10 years game. How much time uncharted will take? How much time scalebound will take?
Yes graphic cards are capable of much more and the actual consoles are outdated, but who cares? every generation games are taking more time to be done, how many gtas did we have on ps2? how many GTAs did we have last generation. Maybe we have the most powerfull hardware in the word, but to sell and invest game studios need a fast return. Imagine a 8 years investment to produce a game 7 (good) in gamespot review...
There are so many factors that we cant know what will happen. I hope analysts can do more than this useless predictions, otherwise they all should be fired. PCs will die, PC gamers wont exist in the future, PS4 will sell 10 times more than the xbox 1. What? None of those predictions were true... If we change the subject to other areas... well i really dont know where those analysts collect those data. Well i guess we will see more than 100m, but a guess is a guess, we have to wait to see.
@ShimmerMan: Really? Of course any decent fighting game need a story mode. If you dont want to play history ok, but some people want. I love dead or alive, tekken and soul calibur. Yes dead or alive history is goofy, tekken history doesnt make any sense and soul calibur has a shallow history. But it doesnt mean i dont want to play, see the cutscenes and see the way a bunch of guys group up to fight. Soul Calibur V was a complete dissapointment because of it lack of single player content. I was thinking about SF V but the lack or bad single player content on this game doesnt deserve my money. I think tekken will always be a masterpiece because it history doesnt make any sense, but at the same time you want to play all 9 stages to see a cutscene like azuka with jin's face between her breasts or gon infinite history. I know it doesnt make any sense if you want to see something without sense, but it is fun and it is what matters. All the fighting games should have a great history or at least a good way to show the world the fighters live. The history is the door to the fantasy, to make you believe and be fond with the game. im pretty sure im not the only one who want a console to play single player fighting game. And yes i hope someday we can see a great history in a fighting franchise. Im not asking a MSG complexity and deepness. im just asking for a game where you play and want to see what will happen with your favorite character on the sequel. SFV seems like a game where you cant even fool yourself about the bad history, so if the online gameplay is secondary to you what is the point to buy it? Sorry about the bad english.
