@duckafro well its already a european law that you can resell a licence for PC programs such as Photoshop.
Steam gives you basically the same, a licence. Since you technically can sell your Steam Account they would only have to change the User Agreements for europe so its not against the agreement to sell your account.
because right now its not allowed and if they somehow find out that you are using an Account that you bought from someone they can ban that account.
That could be against European law but i am not sure if there are some loopholes or what ever that would prevent Steam to fall in the same category as Photoshop adn other PC Programms that use digital licenses
@wookie560 @NicholasT33 i have to ask you, where are you from? because in the PAL regions (i'm from Germany thus from the PAL region) the HD funktions of the XBOX where deactivated through its firmware... ya i don't know why exactly... i mean... what? xD
but thats how it was. i have a modded Xbox as i said and thats why i can even turn my PAL Xbox 1s resolution to 1080i.
all the Pal versions of the games still support the HD resolutions.
i am asking for the region because back at the end of the last console generation many 3rd party companies released such stupid SD to HD cables that do not enhance the picture quality and they also dont work for HD output on the Xbox 1.
if you have a NTSC or a modded PAL Xbox 1 and plug in one of the real HD component cables, you can choose 720p and 1080i in the console settings. the Main Menu of the Xbox will then be in the chosen resolution and about 12-15 games actualle support HD resolutions.
one of them is SC2 ;) the other as i mentioned is Enter the Matrix which is running in (for the year 2001) stunning 1080i
@Grenadeh@kabalzer0@Korvus85 but SF4 doesnT make enough money for capcom to give SF5 the green light ;)
its not about how much money Capcom has, its about how much money the Dev team behin Street Fighter gets from capcom. and right now its only enough for new versions of SF4.
and if you look at the sales numbers, MK and Injustice outsold SF4 by far... it didn't even have a chance. And even as a MK fan i must say that thats unfair since SF4 has a way deeper and more balanced fighting system than MK can even dream of.
as i said i am a fan ok Mortal Kombat but that does not mean i let my fandom illude me ;)
