I favor and only close to my mothers side. My fathers side never acknowledged me and my brother. The never cared about anything we did but would brag like crazy if our cousins did something similar. They wouldn't have gifts for us on holidays or Xmas but would for every other child. We would see their gifts under the tree. We would either get something re-gifted to us or the broken toys that our cousins got that needed to be returned. When I got married and had a son they didn't even want to meet my wife and son. It is a lesson for me on how I don't want to be with my family.

I could never completely walk away from toys. As a kid I couldn't go out much so I never out grew them. I still buy them but primarily for collection purpose and my Giant display. I collect transformers stuffandmighty muggs now. I have also collected Dragonball z toys when Irwin made them and G Gundam toys. I bought a power ranger recentlyasmy son loves for me to play. I had to pick out one I liked being.

I liked Speed Racer but I can't bring myself to see this movie or trailer. It would be the death of me.

I have been doing this for 8 years. I don't always get much timeto play during the week. Some days I only get 30 min if that. There are so many things to do during the day it is hard. I have incorporated gaming into our family. My son loves playing games so we play some co-op games and fighting games together. We are playing Eternal Sonata at the moment. My wife also plays games on occassion so family time is also spent playing some games together. It also helps they like watching me play certain games as well. It usually takes me 3-6 months to beat an RPG. It takes me 1-2 Months to beat other types of games. My back log is about 30 games. Yet I can't stop buy games when a good deal comes around. The swing idea is a great one as it does work. Also when they get older give them a controller and sit them next to you. I usually only sleep 6 or 7 hours a night so my personal gaming is done after 9. However you also got to fit some good "quality" time with the wife in there as well

It seems like they pretend the second season doesn't exist. Other than Maya you don't see anyone from there. I am interested in this season but I would like to see where it goes. Papa Patrelli just doing whatever he wanted to do so easily just kinda sucked some life out of the season. I also didn't get why they killed off Adam. I liked his character but again that was part of the season 2 burial. I just feel like I am waiting for something big to happen and it hasn't yet. I also don't get what they were doing with Sylar. I liked his dark hero path that he was starting to go down. Then it was just like they said nevermind.

I just stick to certain people. I like the Rock before he was the Rock and cheered no matter what side he was on. Same thing for Randy Orton. I love his in ring character.

[QUOTE="AnObscureName"]

I've been wondering this over the last few days and I've come to the conclusion that I would stop the birth of Kaiser Wilhelm II.

Reason being; if he had not been so politically inept and imperialistic, then possibly the two world wars would not have happened. The reasoning behind this being that if Germany had renewed their alliance with Russia, France would have remained isolated politically and Germany would have probably reigned in Austria-Hungary after the assassination at Sarajevo.

Without WW1 then the whole Nazi uprising would not have happened and no Holocaust or WW2.

What about the rest of OT?

The problem with thinking like that is not understanding the consequences. By changing this event you could cause an even worse series of events.

That happened to me the past two weeks. I hated that. I wish my DVR would record the whole show.
