if you bought it new and opened it they will not give you a full refund. I don't know any place that would give you a full refund on an open game unless so amazing occurences happen.

you can download something from Itunes and then put it on your zune. The zune software will run it through its own conversion software which takes a while depending on the size of the file but it will play. So yes you can download something from Itunes or the Zune software and run it on the zune.

I got a free 41" Sony HD TV and also one time at toys r us I bought 3 games and wanted to get them price adjusted as a sale happened two days latter. I ended up getting all of my money back and the games. My wife even tried to tell her she did something wrong and the lady yelled at her. This was around christmas time but that was a classic

[QUOTE="BobHipJames"]

[QUOTE="rockguy92"]I buy all my games at Gamestop.GabeBlack

Stop, please.

I would like to add that while have a bit of a problem with resale of new releases, that I do not have a problem with a company making a buck. I bought some Gamestop stock last year and made a nice little profit. One of the only stocks I made any major money in : (

But I do believe there should be a grace period in which they are not allowed to sell used copies of newly released games.

If someone buys a new release and doesn't like it then they are free to trade it in if they want to. It makes no difference to me as I just want the game and don't really care where the profits go as it is not going to me.

Only the people who trade in games get screwed at Gamestop. I don't see how buying a used game would screw me over. As long as it is in great condition I am happy. Also, it allows me time to play the game and return it if I don't like it.

I can remember a time I wanted to buy no more heroes. The girl at the store told me that got a used copy in and I bought that instead. I returned the game the same day as I hated it. If I bought it new then I would have been stuck with it. Plus I never get screwed when I trade in games. Recently I spent $55 on clearence games from different locations and trade them in for over $360 in credit. Tell me how I got screwed there?

Using pay per view and digital downloads to crush Blu Ray is not a strong point. PPV has been around a long time and has never hurt any previous formats. I don't think digital downloads will become the majority for awhile. Being able to download them through your PC/Xbox 360 is not enough. If you could do your netflix downloads through your current TV without it being hooked to a PC/360 then it has a chance of being more main stream.

Blu-Ray does make a difference in picture quality but again it is not as revolutionary as the jump from VHS but there is a good enough difference. DVD took a long time from when it arrived until it became main stream. People are slowly upgrading to new technology. So to say that it is not the dominant force now is just expecting too much.

Also people have been able to re-sell stuff for a long time. To say that people will resell Blu-Rays and that is why it is bad is a joke. I remember going to the video store in the 80's and buying used VHS so that argument is non-existant.There is a lot yet to be seen from this technology so to complain it is dead at this point is a joke of an argument.

Before you know it, guys will be sued for one night stands. "I am sueing for 100K because he said he would call the next day and he didn't. I didn't go to work because I thought he would call and I got fired." People break promises all the time. That is the world we live in. I didn't know marriage was a legal contract to get into. Are we going to have penalties now for being engaged to long or not being married long enough.

She made her choice and she should live with it. Like everyone said "the legal system is a joke." We crowd the courts for crap and do nothing when someone is being screwed over by the courts. It takes years for wrongful convictions to be overturned even when the evidence is present to overturn it.
