May 4, 2007 was a day i had been waiting for since the beginning of the year. It was the day Spiderman 3 would be released. Yesterday my girlfriend and I made the trip to a jam packed movie theatre and watched probably the greatest super hero movie created. I thought it was one of the best if not the best movie i have seen. I loved it, It had great action scenes, great battle scenes with enemies such as Sandman and Venom. Tobey, Topher and Kirsten did a great job. Great special effects and scenes and now do understand why it cost so much to make, but it was worth every penny. I would recommend this movie to all those out there who have nto seen it yet. Spiderman was my favorite superhero growing up so i do have a extra love for this character.

The Countdown has begun for the most antcipated movie of the year, 4 days left. I beleive this movie will make more money world wide than Titanic ever did. I hope it lives up to all the hype. I think it will and more than that. Let me know what you guys think and who will be going this weekend to watch?

I just over the weekend started watching Season one of Grey's and i finished it last night and i am so hooked. I went and purchased the second season last night. I am excited to start it today. I now understand what the hype about this show is all about. I never thought i would give this show the time of day but now i like it. Still not what i am usually watching but i can accept a few changes.

One week away from the playoffs and the most exciting hockey is played in these 2 months... I a natvie of Vancouver would like to take this time to wish them the best of luck...

Monday April 2, 2007. It is the finale of the second season of PRISON BREAK. I can not wait to see what happens. I am so looking forward to this episode. Then on the otehr hand i dont know what i am going to do with the await of the 3rd season.

Side Bridge

Lie on your side with your forearm on the floor under your shoulder to prop you up, and your feet stacked. Contract your core and press your forearm against the floor to raise your hips until your body is straight from ankles to shoulders. Hold for 15 to 45 seconds, then repeat on the other side. Contract your abs and butt muscles forcefully to keep your body straight.
