There was also a whole final battle with Metal Gear on Island of Flies against Eli that involves a huge map with tons of people.

And the game repeats stages for all of chapter 2, how is that a good?

Uhh lets see friend drops by and you wanna play 2 players? You do have friends right, and you have heard of 2 player games right? Mortal Kombat, Killer Instinct, Fifa, PES you know those games that you play with more than 1 person.

Just plug it into the USB cable. Crisis averted.

Yeah unless your TV is huge and you sit too far away for the charge cable to reach. Let me guess, go buy a longer cable. Think you're running out of excuses now.

Actually your the one going round and round. Either you buy an Elite or another normal one for friends you will want the charge and play kit regardless of if the controller costs $50 or $150. I don't even know why you came up with the friend stuff in the first place. If you're going to buy an Elite it's simply to replace the normal one. Also the Elite is around $50 cheaper than the competition, and the competition also doesn't include a charge and play kit.

No the competition (PS4) includes a rechargeable battey pack in every controller sold, something MS can easily do, but instead choose to charge you 30 bucks for. And somehow you are defending it? Why, you like wasting money?

And I brought up 2 players, because you asked why anyone would ever use 2 controllers at once, which is just about the dumbest question in the world.

This is a must have for every xbox owner. The good thing is the cable is much longer than the Ps4 charge cable so dont need extender cable for charge and play.

Fck AA batteries, this charge pack is the way to go.

Don't you find it a little ridiculous that when you buy a 150 dollar controller you still have to buy another 30 dollar charger for it?

Im sure most people who will buy the $150 controller will at least have one these charge kits for their standard controller already. Big deal.

If the new controller didnt allow us to use the standard charge kit, then we would have an issue.

Yeah, but the one that you have is already plugged into another controller. So you still have to buy another one.

The users defending this would also like AA batteries for their cellphones I'm guessing? Lol fanboys...

Mobile phones don't use AA batteries because of the form factor. I always prefer to buy a phone that has a removable battery. That way you can have a backup battery if it dies. This is useful if you are hiking, camping or in a remote area. Also, you can just replace the battery when it no longer charges instead of sending in the phone.

Nobody is saying AA is bad, but include a god damn rechargeable pack like everyone else for those who don't like AA, instead of charging 30 for something that should be included for free.

why would i have to spend an extra $30 when i already have a charge kit? its better than the controller dying every 4 hours because it has a dumb light i cant turn off.

Ummm...you do realize that you need one for every controller right? One battery can only be attached to one controller at one time.

You need to spend 30 for each new controller you get.

why do i need to use multiple controllers at once?

Yes but it is what it is, just have to deal with it. I dont want the elite controller myself tho, the normal controller is enough for me.

Yeah funny how only MS is making you deal with it.

I just don't get how having the option to swap out batteries whether it's AA batteries, proprietary charge kit, and even third party charge kit are considered bad to some folks here. If ever for some reason you can't find your charging wire, I love the option to instantly change out the battery with the Xbox controllers, heck even Nintendo controllers, you can never do that with Playstation controllers and would be out of luck. One of my PS3 controller is completely dead, can't hold a charge, basically useless now because you aren't able to swap out batteries which is the weakness for these Playstation controllers.

Ummm, let me see, because YOU HAVE TO BUY IT!

Ain't nobody complaining if its free and comes packaged with the controller, but the fact that you need to go and buy a separate rechargeable battery kit is what people don't like.

How about include the recharge kit and let people who wanna use AA use them.
