@knottoday: He doesn't like paying for timed exclusives...and there are very few of those deals on the Xbox side these days. They prefer to do deals for Game Pass regardless of when the game launches on other platforms
@Iordanis1278: They have now released the ability to stream next gen games to Xbox One. So if you just have that you could still play given a good internet connection. I think that was the plan all along when streaming became available MS would move completely to next gen.
I usually don't argue with reviews but there is no way in hell BF 2042 gets an 8 and Halo. Halo has some progression issues (if you care about that which I dont). But BF 2042 has all the issues
The progression system needs some work no doubt but if that and a ping system are the "bad" then Halo is in a great place. 343 has nailed what makes Halo fun. For me that is the reward, I don't need a new fancy helmet if I had fun playing the match. Even tho I don't need it I can defintely understand the criticism of the BP grind. I want the progression to be completely tied to stuff I want to do ....not what the challenges want me to do
@goldenageplayer: I see you in every Halo comment section with something negative to say about the game. Let me ask you , why ? If I didn't like a game I wouldnt take the time to comment on every story about it. Im curious. But either way I am here to refute you yet again. The game is fun. Like really fun. Thats all I need it to be. I don't need a new helmet or skin to feel like the game is fun. Having said that if you care about battle pass stuff....then making that process more rewarding is actually a good thing.
@goldenageplayer: I disagree. The only thing we have to compare is MP and I would put this as the very best MP since 3. Meaning better than 1 2 and Reach and probably 3 too if I went back and played 3.
@bookfan8780: If you have GP you get a 10% discount when things leave in order to buy. So you get to play the game and all the other games on there and IF you really want to own a particular one you get a better price than a non subscriber and you still have all the other games in game pass. It's actually kinda amazing deal even when games leave. People frame this like I am paying for the game twice but if you divide my payment into how many games are on the subscription then I am paying less than a penny a month for Hello Neighbor access and then when it gets removed I get a 10% discount on its current price.
