@zer0origin I completely agree, XC really stands out as one of the finest musical scores for almost a decade. Also as the game has SO much music its easy for anyone to find a favorite, "mechnois field" really hammered home that I wasnt just playing a great game with a great sound track it was possibly one of the best games with the best sound tracks ever.

Game sound tracks that have always stayed in my mind are:

Sonic the Hedgehog 2

Panzer Dragoon Saga

Burning Rangers

Sonic Adventure 2

Jet Set Radio

Metal Gear Solid 3

Road Rash

Nights

Xenoblade Chronicles

...yes I was very much a Sega fan when I was younger. Not many modern games have great sound tracks, these days its all about licienced music, it's very rare to come accross games that have music written specially for them, Xenoblade Chronicles really stands out as some of the music in that games was incredible "field of the machinae" anyone? Youtube if you want to hear it, major nostalgia trip.

Not everyone has an internet connection and in many cases people dont have a fast enough connection to make downloading entire games worth while. What about people with internet packages which have monthly download limits?

Yes digital downloading is the future but currently that future is far off as we do not have sufficient foundations to build upon that yet.

Until internet speeds are improved globally you can shove your "digital only" ideas.

I hope this makes its way to consoles at some point, though I hope they do away with the free to play idea as in order to get the things you want you have to constantly throw real money into the guradians cash scheme.

The whole concept of having to "rent" a virtual player room out to store your items is insane. Yes it works for the Japanese market as its almost the same thing that PSU has but for a western audience I cant see it working.Fingers crossed for it being sub based with all the content avaliable from go, with obviously events and updates added monthly or some thing...

@MamaLukuBuku Indeed, 7th of september the Xbox PSU severs will be shut down, unlike previous Phantasy stars the last few months are not for free. As such almost everyone has quit the game as there is not point paying to play up to that point. DO NOT BUY A SUBSCRIPTION FOR PSU! is all I can say :]

No problem with this if it turns out a higher quality game.Previous Tomb Raiders suffered as they were pushed out for the christmas rush for a quick sell.If only more game developers/publishers did this more often then we wouldnt be swamped with half finished games for months.
