Nothing new and exciting but man it's nice outside clear and sunny a perfect beach day here in Hollywood. I bought Zelda II and Dragon's Curse for the Wii VC and both games are fun as hell. Zelda is just as I remember it on the NES a frustrating game if you don't level up alot and I never owned a TG-16(big mistake I know) but wow Dragon's Curse is a cool game. I'm still waiting for more Mii's to say hello too I posted my Wii info in the PSN id tab on my profile so add me so I can be in a Mii Parade.:D Tonight also marks the end of the Halo 3 beta bummer I had some good times on there especially on the community game night man that was a hell of allot of fun.

That's about all thats going on here now gosh it's so sunny out I think im going to go back out in the pool this time8)

Last night was GameSpot's community game night #7 this week was the Halo 3 beta and O man was it fun.  I was in gsadmin5's room which was hosted by Chris Watters (who did a awesome job btw8))  There were some classic matches such as the CTF where someone on our team dropped the flag and was ridiculed for it for the rest of the match and in the lobby after.  Sorry bud but it was funny and had the whole team laughing hysterically the rest of the match.:lol: The last match of the night was a perfect way to end a great time.  The match was VIP and on the blue team(my team btw) we protected our VIP and almost won it untill the last minute when the red team charged on us in a all out assault with grenades and mini-guns fun times for sure.:D   I can't say how much fun the room was and how cool everyone acted no one was rude or disrespectful everyone just wanted to have fun(a shocking thing to see in Halo rooms)

So I've had my Wii since February and I've downloaded a bunch of VC games, played Will Sports alot, bought Warioware, and messed around with all the channels.  Now I want to try something else I want to get my Mii out there and into some Mii Parades.  Im not sure how this works so I hope Im doing it right.

In other news GS is doing a Halo 3 beta game night tonight it's going to be awesome. :D

30 years ago today it all started.  I've loved Star Wars since I first saw the movies 20 years ago and still do today.  The books, the games, the characters, and the whole universe I just can't get enough of it.  Thats all I can say about it really I love Star Wars and always will.

 

After searching the 3 islands for almost 2 weeks and finding over 150 hidden orbs in the process I found the 500th agility orb and it's such a great feeling.  The funny thing was it was in plain sight too o well at least I got the points and am done looking for them.  Also I should mention the new updates and download packs are great the Gettin Busy pack is well worth the 800 MP the new vehicles and modes and weapons are a blast.  O one more thing yes the increased sounds for the orbs work and work well.:D

So I made it all the way to round 3 (The Classic Gaming Round) of the GameSpot trivia game Brain Bust and man was it tough.I thought the RPG round was tough but the Classic Gaming Round that was too much for me I finished 12th out of 16 and like ive said before im really happy just to have made it that far.  It was a very fun game and I met some really cool people in the chat each day while waiting for the round to start and for the final results coming in.:D

In other news I played a few matches in the Halo 3 beta and my first impression is :?  The game to me just seems like more of the same with a few new weapons and locations added in.  But there were some things I was surprised with and glad to see.  I like using the bumper to reload it feels better to me and not distracting at all.  The graphics while not as great as Gears of War are just fine for Halo and im sure Bungie will tune them up more by September.  I like the new video editing and playback mode,the ability to save and upload matches its pretty fun to mess around with. The last thing I like the best is that so far everyone is just having fun and not being rude and aggressive like ive seen and heard when playing Halo 2 online.  I should mention ive only played a few matches so far so these are my first impressions of the beta.

Well that's it for now back to playing Fuzion Frenzy 2 (got my rewards in the mail yesterday and the shirt's XL:D ) 

So today is the third round of Brain Bust GameSpot's new trivia tournament am I still in the running.  Im surprised really im still in the game this far the 1st round was easy:D, but that RPG round :( not so much.  So today's round is classic gaming and im feeling good about my chances but its going to be tough being one of the top 4 to advance. 

In other news I picked up Saint's Row yesterday and have to say its not that bad at all its pretty fun cant wait to try out the online part hope alot of people still play it on live.  

So I decided to start my blog here on GameSpot but I still dont know what to write about I guess I need to think about that a bit more.:question:
