[QUOTE="contracts420"]Where have you been for the past 5 years? Online gaming defines this generation. Things change. I don't care about saving the world with a cliche hero. I just want to play competitive games with people across the country. Are people so addicted to multiplayer that owning a console without online is pointless? I have over 60 games and almost every one of them has a single player offering. I swear gamers used to be... you know... gamers.

Online gaming does not define this generation. I and millions of other people still prefer offline split screen. Single player period. PSN being down is not the end of the world. And part of the reason it might actually be going down is for them to make some necessary changes it doesn't matter if 50 games just came out, what's the point if bugs will mess up gameplay. Just a thought. If you sale your system and go by a computer, good for you. But remember an XBOX, Playstation 3, WII, PSp their all mini computers. Computers require updates and sometimes I can't load up sites because the site needs upgrades and that's just for browsing the internet. What do you think hardcore gaming is going to do just breeze by with no bugs. lol.
