Source: Digitimes

"Nvidia originally scheduled to launch Fermi in November 2009, but was delayed until CES in January 2010 due to defects, according to market rumors. However, the company recently notified graphics card makers that the official launch will now be in March 2010, the sources noted."

The source of this information is yet to be determined and the reliability of such can not be accounted for.

The probability is around 40-50% I would say.

Something that you should think about is that Triple Channel and Dual Channel usually have different timings at different speeds because it's easier to get lower timings of dual channel.

SO, if you purchased 3 sets of dual channel RAM your NOT going to be able to run them at their rated speeds most likely.

I actually bought that Acer for a friend for his birthday it's a great monitor if you don't have a lot of desk space, but want a high resolution.

The 5750 is roughly the 4670-4770 replacement.

The 5770 is about the 4850-4870 replacement, though it can reach speeds of the 4890.

5850 = 4890

5870 = 4870 X2

It's better to look at benchmarks than it is specs.

Two cards can have the same specs, but perform completely different.

Guru3D & Tom's Hardware are just some of the places to find benchmarks for practically every modern GPU to date.

no point overclocking any modern quad core for gaming when the bottle neck is on the gpu. but for video or rendering there is point as the faster the clock speed the faster something will render. imprezawrx500
WTH, do you know what your are talking about?

At 1920x1080 and higher EVEN the i7 975 is a bottleneck for the HD 5870 and 5970.

The CPU just can't calculate fast enough for the video cards to get higher FPS.
