actually burnout will be getting patches untill fall/winter

burnout isa made by criterion games not ea. ea simply publish the game. valve made half live but ea ported the ps3 version and made a mess of it. ea made bad company themselfs and it will never recieve patches

Isn't battlefeild made by DICE? I know EA owns them, but I read somewhere (probably on N4G, not sure tho) that a patch is coming with some fixes and conquest mode for multiplayer.

also, can someone confirm that resistance is 4 player co op, and not just 4 player death match?

Sorry, can't help there, since I've only played the campaign with only one other person.

First I wanted to say that death match is ok for splitscreen, if the game supplies bots too, like timesplitters did.

ok, I looked into some of the games mentioned and I have some questions.

Resistance and Vegas 2:

is the co op campaign only 2 player co op? or can you do up to 4?

GRAW 2:

the multipler campaign is intreguing, but is it online only? if you can do 4 player split screen on the campaing, I wil buy this one for sure.

Battlefield bad Company:

This game looks really good, does it have any offline multiplayer? if so, is it missions or just deathmatch

Vegas 2 only has 2 player co-op, I dont know about GRAW2, battlefeild, i don't think it has any offline multiplayer.
EDIT: on the back of my resistance box, it says 1-4 players. So I guess that's 4 player campaign for ya!

Guys... question to you GRID owners, do you really honestly think the AI is smart ? And is collission with the AI avoidable without compromising lap time ? I played it, and i honestly hated GRID. I regretted buying tbh.aaron5829

Well, I wouldn't say its that smart, but they're unpredictable, and that's why (i think) they can be so tough. Some events I'd have to restart a million times because someone bumped into my car and made me spin out, but I like the game, especially the Drift and Touge races.
