It definetly feels like we've gone too far down this road, but the fans have cried for overtaking, now we have it it's too much. The problem is, To have pure natural racing with these aero levels is nigh impossible, the cars are to fickle with it and because it produces all that 'dirty' air and no one can pass. Sooo what gets me is how this situation can be resolved. IMO Aero levels need to be reduced by 40-50%, the cars need to be able to fight in dirty air lap after lap.

Provided Macca give him a well designed car, I smell a title challenge from him in 2015

That'll be interesting, but I thought customer engines were limited to how many other teams were gonna buy'em?

The thing that scares me about this now that Red Bull might have a stronger advantage, I hope this is not the case though, Lotus are quick and are not so hard on their tyres, so it could also play into their hands.

I reckon the same, If Merc lock out front row, they could win it, but don't discount Alonso, Vettel or Kimi, Personally I think we already have our three title rivals in these 3.

I thought that I'd make this thread after this weekend's Spanish GP to get everyone's thoughts on the current situation, Are we liking the new tyres? Is there too much focus on the tyres and the degredation? Or have we got the balance we always wanted with KERS, DRS and High deg tyres?

BBC are not putting enough money into decent entertainment on the screens, They've lost exclusive tights for FA cup games, A half season of F1, now Moto GP, but even the sports, other programmes have lost sheer quality or even shows got lost, I wanna know what BBC are thinking..
