The reason that cars online handle better is because online, the handling is equal. So a HRT can beat a RBR for example.

The Beeb say it the right way, and the handling can be set to equal or not, I beat a load of people around Spain in a HRT with it not set on equality on, soooo, just depends on what car suits you.

You'd rather hope its licencing that bugs, Bugs can end up taking weeks to solve if it proves a huge problem, While licensing is needless to say, a phone call, a meeting and a signing of a contract. Soooo, I'd rather it be a licensing issue, Without a doubt GT5 is being tested day in and day out, the game is finished, its ready, its licensing thats causing headaches more than anything, I can assure you.

Like I said, its only licensing issues to contend with atm, The game date has not changed for us in the UK atm, its still november 5th until Polyphony come to us and say otherwise.
