Does anyone know if its gonna be possible to create a Mexican PSN Account? or when?

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if someone can help me with my problem

I just got my Ps3 n' Im trying to create a Playstation Network account. The thing is that I live in Mexico, but Mexico doesnt come in the countries where u can choose from. Well...I could say that I live in USA but the problem is that i need an adress :S

Also...I need the adress 'cause my credit card is from Mexico n I need the adress for that.....

The thing is that my controller doesnt work
I mean, the freakin PS button doesnt work
Im sure that the battery is fully charged!!
So I had to press it really really hard so it can turn on
but now, that doesnt even work!

I have taken care of it a lot! I dont know why does this happens!!
Is it a hardware problem?

Can someone plz help me?
