You can always upgrade a PC but you can't upgrade a console so a Strong PC will always be better than a console
Bioshock = FPS Mass Effect = RPG personaly i like FPS games best but if you like RPGs rent Mass effect (their both great)
The quality between a HDTV and a monitor can be the same, the only difference is the size.I've got a 32'' inch 1366x768 1080i HDTV and it's just great
