With the azura stone you just need the soul trap spell. You will probably have to buy it from a member of the mages guild in Leyawin I believe. Basically, you cast the spell on the target and you will have a certain amount of time to kill the creature and the azura stone will be filled. The amount of magic that is recharged to the weapon will depend on whether the soul is a petty soul, greater soul, or grand soul. There is also a sword called the umbra sword that has a soul trap enchantment, but you have to be lvl 20 or above to get the quest from a daedric shrine.

I read about a mod that allowed you to create and enchant your own arrows, check the gamespot database or www.oblivionsource.com

I have some enchanted arrows, but I found them that way...I think. Have you tried enchanting them at the University at the Alter...there are two of them.

Ok, then you should be able to enchant the bow, which is better because no matter what type of arrow you use, it will have the spell as long as the bow is charged.

My Daedric Bow of Storm has 44 damage + 22 frost damage....and I want to make it stronger...that's why I need those arrows :)
