£30… are you in the UK and dose that happen to be ema money? I don’t know much about graphic card prices but I am expecting a price drop once they have been out for about a year or when an ATI card then is equal or better then it comes out. But have you got a power supply good enough to work with the 88 I cant remember what exactly you need or if it’s the same power requirements for the GTS and GTX.

There could be some auto downloader in the router or you might have to go to the netgear website and download the update from them then go to your routers settings a tell it where you saved the update which is what I had to do with my D-Link router.

My dad is a professional keyboard player is that serious enough about music but he knows next to nothing about computers and would buy whatever the most expensive sound card is thinking is the best. But he saw the X-Fi Fatal1ty FPS and X-Fi Elite Pro cards that include a mixer and remote and wont look at any other cards and now I need to work out what the best one is and by comparing them on ebuyer it looks like the Elite Pro is better. And no I cant just find a better card and stick it in as my granddad who is providing the money for the new computer that the sound card is in will not let me or I would.

My dad wants a new computer mainly for the internet and doing music stuff with his keyboards but I have no clue about sound cards apart that they can do surround sound which he wont need as he will be playing sound out off 4 huge professional speakers sittings next to each other at one end of the room that you really can hear at the end of the road. All of my dads keyboards are old and only one has a usb connector on it but that all have this round midi connector on them and I remember something about old computers having some midi connector. So apart from a speaker output and a line in is there anything I should look our for or you could recommend. or do all cards basically do the same thing expect surround sound which is all I ever see advertised

Whenever I start getting overheating problems which so far has only been once so I got some of them cotton wool ear cleaner bud things and used them to clean the cement like dust between my processors heatsink and fan. I would have took the fan off but it would not come off.
