I don't listen to Bolt Thrower that much but Pestilence and Dissection are both classic, they are not really that underrated from what I've seen. Pestilence's first four albums are all consistently great (and yes that includes Spheres, now that is a criminally underrated album). Also Storm of the Light's Bane and The Somberlain are both some of the best metal albums ever.

Yes Spheres is brilliant, but not my fav. I like Testimony or Consuming Impulse more. But I see them as an underrated band that rarely get mentioned enough, Bolt Thrower are so underrated it makes me sick. They may not be the most talented or the fastest but they make some damn good Heavy Metal. Once again I suppose dissection are seen as more of a Black Metal band and Black Metal is my favourite so I never really talk about it too much. What do you think of Pungent Stench? great band good use of Funk and Blues.

Yeah I suppose it is, but by that I meant bands who have the Death Metal title whether its Technical or Melodic and Deathcore is no no

Does anyone here enjoy Amon amarth as much as I do? if so what other Death Metal bands do ye like Death, Pestilence, Bolt Thrower, Pungent Stench? name more if you like them, I'll probably like them as well.
