Well If You Are Using A Modem Unplug It Wait 5 Sec. Then Plug It Back In That Should Do It If Not Click The Reset Button On The Modem.Markus-Fenix

hey guys, i'm having a problem connecting to Live. When i test the connection everything works fine until it gets down to Xbox Live and suddenly everything goes blank and it says Disconnected beside Network Adapter.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hey guys, I seem to be having some trouble changing my credit card. I got notice that my account had been suspended because i had cancelled the credit card they had on profile earlier this year, so i needed to change it.

The problem i'm having is that when i try to login to Live in order to add a different card in Account Management it will not allow me to login. It says that my account has been suspended and i need to change my card in account magagement, so i click update, and when account management comes on the screen, it tries to load and then quits and goes back to dashboard. Anybody know a way that i can add a new card when having this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
