Only problem with doing that though is that you'd cause a hell of alot of backlash from potential customers, not all are as open minded sadly!

I'm merely the PR dude really, although I do review gamesas another means of bringing in the money:) So I always look at our games seriously and voice my opinion not only from the PR point of view, but also from the perspective of a gamer/reviewer. You wouldn't believe me if I said that I know a huge percentage of people who work in the PR industry, looking after gaming IPs that don't actually play! It's a crime.

I like floating around the forums and listening to feedback. It's an important part of my job, crucial infact. After all, if I didn't listen to you guys and we corrected the mistakes that were made in previous titles or didn'tpass on the compliments given to the developers then I'm not really doing my job! It's rather frustrating for me at the moment, because I know a few things that'll certainly pique the interest of you guys but I'm not allowed to reveal anything more as of yet. More and more will be revealed as we get closer to the release and of course, the FanPage is a great little way of passing on your comments, questions or suggestions directly to the powers that be!

It looks great. Good Job on that. Only thing I noticed is that there is no Online play. Please make it Co-op online play and Compatible with the Classic Controller and Gamecube Controller, also add Online Voice Chat with Squadmates and the ability to jack into the opposing teams radio once you have a special item or if you're a specific pilot type that comes with that ability standard so you can hear what they are planning to do.

Also, please make sure that no one jet is better than all of the rest. That will turn into a disaster of cheaters like it did with CoDWaW's MP40. Give all the planes equal Advantages and Disadvantages (For example, the Radar Jamming planes will be slow but have good defense but crappy offense, the fighter planes will have decent defense but good offense but no ability to do something that the Radar Jamming Plane can do).

Please take this post into consideration.

P.S. I think on the main page, it says "Don your outfits", I think that needs to be "Dawn your outfits". I'm not 100% sure on that though.

Also, release a Beta of this game so we can try it out and get a hands on feel of what it's like, that way, we can tell you in more detail what you can do to offer a better gaming experience. Just a thought. Thanks. Great looking game though. Especially for WiiWare. The Wii needs developers like you.

Heya Nini. Thanks for the kind words:) I'm not actually allowed to confirm or deny anything that will or won't be in the game(s) as of yet, just keep your peepers peeled and pop on over to the Fan page on Facebook, I'm sure the coders would love to hear from you.

Regarding Beta, as far as I know Nintendo don't actually allow for outside beta tests, I could be wrong of course! Oh, and don's right:)

Hiya chaps. Officially I'm not actually allowed to reveal anything else, other than what's currently in the press release! Otherwise I'll get one awful god smack! I don't really want that, I go on my holidays next week!

All I can say is keep your eyes open and sign up to the fan page on FaceBook, you'll not be disappointed. We'll be revealing more and more as the release date approaches to keep you all on tenter hooks! I'm also going to run a competition on the fan page (which will be open to all major territories)for some followers towin a copy of the game and possibly something else...can't say just what yet!

Thank you for your kind comments, the game really is shaping up beautifully. On a few other forums I have had comments on the usage of fogging in the game, but people don't seem to realise that this is the Wii we're talking about and it's really not on the market as a powerhouse:) With the fogging, it's allowing us to keep the 60FP/s framerate stable; which gives the player the smoothest action possible!

Hi guys,

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Dan and I'm the PR manager for Legendo Entertainment. We've just announced the Pearl Harbor Trilogy and I was wondering if you guys would care to post any opinions that you may have.

I'll throw the press release here so you're able to get the full information:

Buckle up and prepare to pilot some of the deadliest aircraft of WWII's Pacific Theater!

Gothenburg, Sweden (September 17th, 2009) – Legendo Entertainment, an independent publisher of computer and video games head-quartered in Sweden, today announced that Pearl Harbor Trilogy, an episodic air combat action game series, is in development for Wii™. Pearl Harbor Trilogy is a re-interpretation of Legendo's popular PC title "Attack on Pearl Harbor" – with the first episode, "Red Sun Rising," planned for a winter 2009 release on WiiWare™. The game is being developed by Legendo in cooperation with Arcade Moon, the Wii specialist label of 3D People, an independent game developer located in Slovakia.

A website for the game has been launched at http://pearlharbor-game.com where news and other information will be posted continuously throughout the development phase.

Stanislav Petri, Aerial Star Programmer at Arcade Moon had this to offer, "We have tamed the innards of the Wii to make its GPU glow red-hot as we're shooting for 60 FPS aerial dogfight action using all the tricks in the book."

Bjorn Larsson, Executive Producer and head of lots of other things at Legendo Entertainment said, "The Wii Remote™ controller is a perfect match for aerial combat – we are currently trying a variety of control-schemes to see what works best, we want to bring players as close as possible to flying in their living rooms."

In the premiere episode, "Red Sun Rising," players will be dropped into the cockpit of famous USAAF World War II fighter aircraft — including the legendary P-40 Warhawk and the carrier-capable F4U Corsair as they battle with Japanese A6M2 Zero fighters and Aichi D3A Val dive-bombers in daring dogfights during bitterly contested air battles of the Pacific Theater, including Pearl Harbor, Wake Island and the Battle of Midway.

Nintendo trademarks used under license. WiiWare is available only through the Wii console.
