Maybe im just using it wrong but they seem to be wearing out insanely fast.

Literally within a month of having a new one the left stick is carved all to pieces ( from grinding the stick against the surrounding plastic ring area ) and the insides are cakes with bits of tiny plastic and plastic dust ( again...from the grinding ).

The one im on has an off center problem as well which im assuming is a result of the above. For example, pushing exactly forward on the stick results in a marginally northeastern reaction in game.

Its probably entirely my fault as i had this same problem with the N64 controller back in the day and would shovel plastic dust out of it almost weekly. I just cant keep buying controllers at a faster pace than most people buy games.

Oddly enough i never had this issue with DS2 controllers which are essentially built the exact same way. I cant think of any glaring areas that i have drastically changed in my gaming habits either.

I LOVE BASHING GAMESTOP

Once back in the day I went to buy Morrowind. So I got it and at the counter they lady kept pushing me to buy this warranty for $2, which thankfully I did. Then when I got home it turned out the disc didnt work, so I returned it. The lady said that if I hadnt bought that warranty, she wouldnt have refunded the purchase.

She then put a "NEW" sticker on it and put it right back on the shelf. In the exact same spot.

Its been 5 years and ive only returned once, to rebuy Valkyria Chronicles because I lost my original copy and they were the only ones with copies in stock.

What a joke seriously, how can anyone defend those druids?

Gamestop opens 90% of games.....who wants a pre-opened game

Gamestop employees play games and sell them as new

Gamestop plays catch with ps3 boxes and drops them on purpose for fun

Gamestop pushes its empoyees to force pre sales onto children in a day and age when game just dont sell out anymore

Gamestop rips children off with buy back, if parents knew the money kids are recieving at the price originally paid for, it should be illegal to do to children

Gamestop on PS3 release tried extremely hard to steer people away from ps3 purchases. they lied to people, they spread rumors, and did everything to prevent ps3 sales.

Try Best Buy, Target, Wall Mart, FYE, Costco, BJ's, Toys R us, and other stores before giving Gamespot your parents money

so I just got my copy of RDR in the mail, but the inner part of the disc was cracked, thus making my game unplayable.

I really don't feel like going through the hassle of shipping the game back to the seller, waiting for a refund to my account, then rebuying and waiting again

so has anyone ever bought the same game used from gamestop, switched busted disc for working disc, and then went back to return saying the game was damaged or unreadable?

My apologies, I should have said generic with a gimmick - which just makes it all the more generic. Funny how some people just can't stand the fact that everyone doesn't agree with their opinions - on video games of all things. And if you want to check back on my old posts, I said Resistance was as generic a shooter as I've ever played in my life, and Killzone was just okay.

It's far from generic. The bullet time system and boosting is awesome. Getting this asap. Funny how people will rag on this game which has it's own original ideas but praise crap like Killzone 2 and Resistance.Keir21
