i got team fortress 2 retail and if i use the cd key to activate on steam can i play without the CD?

I think niko bellic would win because hes intimidating and basicly fearless.

on ps3 resistance 2 has a max of 60 players(no lag) and killzone 2 has 32

on 360 halo 3 a max of 16 and gow 2(which lags like hell)has 10

like wtf i paid for this crap

is there any xbox 360 games which can support 32-60 players?
