Worldwide sales are never bunched together, you have to look at each continent sales charts seperately. Recently in Japan WiiFit and PS3 are roughly selling the same. PS3 has a slight lead in recent weeks (though Wiifit has the lead overall). NA WiiFit has been way ahead virtually every month since launch and same with PAL territories.
