Today I woke up with a great idea in mind. I found it pretty possible that multiplayer offline splitscreen is exclusive to the ps3 version for the following reasons:
1.-the cell processor would allow it while the 360 wont.
2.-This can be a reason why microsoft paid for exclusive dlc ...to balance the lose they would have without splitscreen.
3.-If we know its possible to have splitscreen in the ps3 given the processing power of the ps3 why would R* wouldnt include it in the ps3 version? I think they will show some loyalty to its play station fan base.
There are several rumors that this will happen like the review on the internet (a not so credible one, but can be possible) and the fact that gamestop announced the ps3 version to be for 2 players while the 360 for 1 . So we will discover this on the 29th and if im right my friends you will have to celebrate it playing (in the same couch, in the same ps3)with your friends and have some beers.
