thanks for your posts guys i decided that if i was gonna spend around 1500 i was gonna go for a 1080p so i managed to get a toshiba regza 42" 1080p for 1300. it has a pretty decent dyanamic c. ratio of 10000:1 and a true ratio of 2000:1 and a 6mp response time the colors are just awesome and its very shiny i reaaaaally love my tv
well its not just one opinion i have been researching and i think ill go for the samsung because the main advantage of the sharp is its fullhd which i wont really apreciate in a 40- 42 inches ...and the samsung is a newer model and its slimmer. i looked the sharp and its pretty fat i also read that people exchanged it a lot. also this sharp model its not gona be sold anymore
Im about to buy a new tv. please help me to decide between this two. samsung lnt4053h vs sharp lc42d72u. I found the samsung at futureshop for 1199+ taxes. The sharp is almost new i found it for 1500 used and i still have warranty for a year. Sharp is 42" while the samsung is 40". I know the sharp has had some issues with performance causing people to have it exchanged for a new one. The good thing about the sharp tv is that it displays 1080p and the samsung doesnt. I will primarily use my new tv to play with my ps3 and watch bluray movies. But I really love the samsung design . Physically the samsung looks much better than the sharp one and its also slimmer Please help me make the right choice

I liked the demo a lot, just haven't gotten around to dropping the cash for it... It was a good play through though, I was disappointed to see the fairly low GS score...Panman_Dan

What an amazing experience is playing uncharted. Its really superb in every sense: audio, graphics, story , gameplay , etc etc I wonder why it didnt gained more hype(gamespot review maybe?) The game its ten times better than the demos . its just aweeeeesoooooome one of my favorite choices of 2007. What do you guys think?
