LOL same here but Crysis map editor was **** hard.I would actually want a smooth,calm and easy gameplay over a thing i cant make full use of.That is why i am getting it for my PS3 aswell.And my PC would also "max" it out but i am not a graphics whore :).I am quite sure that my PS3 would deliver me a fantastic quality some what near to high on pc.

Seriously hard? Its drag and drop. Hell you can load up singleplayer levels and modify them - then play them in the editor.

Why would the PC editor be any more difficult than the 360 one for FC 2?...

Besdies if you think the console versions are going to be of the same visual quality of the PC you are terribly mistaken.

If you are not a 'graphics whore' then the visual quality of the PS3 version being worse than 'high' on the PC - or possibly along the lines of 'medium' (as the previews have stated the massive difference) shouldn't concern you at all.

I think it's the GPU nort the hardrive.

Yes most of the people say its GPU as its packed under the DVD player in a very small and less ventilated place.

well, i'm looking for almost any information you can give about it (excluding wether it happened to you or not, unless trying to prove apoint). more specificaly, what causes it? what are the odds of it happening? is it as common as RROD, or is it very rare? please answer truthfully and not like fanboys. thanksjbufv

Causes of YLOD :

1)Displacement of HDD by vulgur shaking of the console

2)Over heating of console by not placing it in an appropriate place

Does it happen ?

Well PS3 has a VERY LOW failure rate.I have only seen 3 proper trust worthy cases of YLOD so far on the net(exluding the xbox 360 fanboys faking things).So i would call it very rare.The RROD is VERY common.Nearly every 1 out of 5 people gets it.

The YLOD can be avoided by placing your console in a well ventilated place (Not on rugs/carpets/in closed cabinets).And by not moving the console when its on.

I don't understand your statement. It is a universal truth that KB/M is a superior input solution to a gamepad on a PC. Maybe you don't like the setup because it requires more skill to dominate? Anyway, PC for me.

Its not a universal truth just a matter of opinion.And theres nothing about skill a person can play CS for 4 months and you know what he can do after that.I have been playing pc since long but i personally prefer controller over mouse and keyboard.BTW controllers require more time to get used to.So in a way they require more skill.

There are matches without auto-aim.Ever tried stepping in them ? Lol i can bet that a mouse and keyboard player wont even last 10 seconds with a controller.

Theres nothing more demanding than Crysis in the whole gaming world.MGS4 is an awesome game,but its nothing better than Crysis.Killzone 2 is yet to be out BUT if it turns out the way its latest footages are,i am sure that it will destroy Gears 2.

Dont even talk about Far Cry 2.Its the next bench mark for gaming systems :).Gears 2 wont be better than Far Cry 2.There are just TOO many things in FC2.HELL its even using more features than Crysis.

I agree with TC.After playing Crysis on high,the only games which impressed me and looked "Next-Gen" to me(Visually) were MGS4,GTA IV,Killzone 2(new footages) and Heavy rain.Gears 2 isnt even close to that type of quality.

The next graphics king in my opinion would be Far Cry 2.Which will be the FIRST game to cross the level of details found in Crysis 1.
