okie doke, in the address bar type 192.168.0.1 then type admin as the user and password as the password click on wireless settings and assign a wep key :D piece of cake :)Â good luck

Actually they will send you a box with a prepaid label to send it to them. Atleast thats how they have done it the 2 times my console has gone out.
I will be sending mine back as it is now a couple of moths out of its 1 year warrenty (im in the UK aswell) but with the new 3 year thing im good to go, i prsume i dont need to send my HDD away (i hope)

If you call them just make sure you have your serial number ready. Also note, the New 3 Year Warranty only covers hardware failures & anything else that goes wrong is still subject to the terms under the 1 Year Warranty or that of an Extended Warranty you may have purchased.
