You mean the point is "moot", and saying that the Blu-ray hasn't been useful "thus far" is absolutely meaningless.

So? Elite dosen't mean it won't have the same old bull**** that the original had. Such as breaking down, loud, scratching discs, etc.

the ONLY thingblu-ray is for is to prevent you from standing up every 30 hours in an rpg to change discs.

1) Bluetooth is unstable and the controller randomly dissconnects - don't need it

2)The online may be free but it sucks compared to live and 50 bucks for 13 months is like "nothing"

3)next gen format will most likelt flop, and end up in the garbage with the laser disc, beta max, and all the other junk formats that didn't have a chance in hell
