Ninty is really good with this kind of stuff. If anything is wrong with your Wii then they will send you a new one. As for the games, I'm not sure what they will do about those, but if something is wrong with the games because of something that happened to your system, they will replace them free of charge. Like I said before, Ninty is REALLY good with this kind of stuff.
