I've been looking to get back into pc gaming but my only woking computer now is my macbook. So I thought it would be worthwhile to make this forum. Just post your favorite mac platformed games and why they are.

I really don't know what I'm doing. I downloaded and installed wine (full name darwine 1.1.7?) and the two new things in my applications are frontforge and a darwine folder. Frontforge doesn't do anything when I open it, it opens and the icon pops up on the dock for a second then goes away, and the darwine folder just has .exe's in it and the wine.bundle it comes with won't open.

What is the best way to play games that aren't compatible with mac? I just found my xp installation discs so I'm ready to give one of these a go but which is better/easier? I have no idea how to work either, never done it before, so as much info about it would help. Thanks in advanced.

It says you cant when I try to download it from steampowered.com but I don't see why not if you can play the games.
