yah man, online might not be as popular anymore because of the next-gen consoles but the ps2 has a plethora of awesome games, and if you havent played them then you have to experience them right now man!!
uh its pretty common, but you shouldnt worry about it because if it breaks, which it probly wont, nintendo has your back
